To qualify for a price match, the alternative rate must meet these criteria:
Same JUCY vehicle: The alternative price must apply to the same JUCY campervan model.
Same travel dates: The pick-up and drop-off dates must be identical.
Same locations: The pick-up and drop-off locations must be the same.
Availability: The alternative price must be valid and available at the time of the price match request.
Same currency: The alternative price must be displayed and charged in the same currency as your JUCY booking.
Time frame: You can request a price match up to 24 hours after confirming your booking with us or within a five-day window for a quotation.

2. Include these details:
JUCY vehicle model and specifications
Date and time the alternative price was issued
Travel dates (dates of travel are the exact same)
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Total price, including the currency in which it will be charged
Your name, email address, contact phone number, and JUCY booking confirmation number or quotation number
3. Price Match Pledge:
We will match the offer and provide an additional 5% discount.
Plus, you’ll still earn Velocity Points on your booking!
We will verify the alternative price before confirming the match.
The Price Match Pledge applies only to the daily vehicle hire rate. Additional charges (e.g., credit card fees, location fees, public holiday surcharges) are not included.
Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
Only one price match is permitted per booking.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
