Enjoy flexible access to Penny (formerly KiwiCamp) travel facilities across Australia with the Penny Card!

Say hello to Penny! With several top locations throughout Australia, Penny offers a "pay as you use" service. Simply purchase a Penny card from our Australian branches for just $5.00 NZD, load it with funds, and you’re set to unlock an array of handy facilities.  

What is Penny? 

Previously known as KiwiCamp & the KiwiCash Digital Key - The Penny card gives you access to Penny facilities. Each card has a unique number to activate, which allows you to load funds onto your account.

How to use it: 

• Grab a Penny card or KiwiCash Digital Key from a local retailer.   

• Download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or visit https://go-penny.com/.   

• Create a Penny account.  

 • Sync your card by entering its unique code.  

 • Top up your account using a credit card.  

What facilities do they offer? 

With your Penny card or KiwiCash Digital Key, you get access to: 

• Secure parking 

 • Hot showers  

• Dishwashing/cooking facilities  

• Laundry facilities  

• Waste recycling stations  

• Water filling stations  

• Secure power points (for charging laptops, phones, etc.)  

• Caravan powered sites 

 • Free WiFi 

 • Dump stations (at some sites)

How do I load funds onto my Digital Key? 

We sell the KiwiCash Digital Key at our branches which will soon be replaced by the Penny cards, but you’ll top up the funds yourself via the app or website. Create an account on the Penny website and top up with your credit card. 

Finished with your Digital Key? 

Once you’ve bought it, it’s yours to keep. If you don’t need it anymore, we can recycle it for you at the end of your vehicle hire. Just remember, any remaining funds on the key won’t be refunded.
